  • Submit an inquiry through the contact form with your event date, location, and type of event. A 25% retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event.

  • The number of images varies based on event length and activity, but you can expect a full gallery that thoughtfully documents your event. Quality and storytelling are always prioritized over quantity. You can expect to receive approximate ~50 images per hour of event coverage.

  • Galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks after your event.

  • Yes. Events within San Diego County are covered at the listed rates. Travel outside the area may include an additional travel fee.

  • Absolutely. You’re welcome to share must-have moments or groupings ahead of time so nothing important is missed.

  • Yes. Additional coverage can be added based on availability and is billed at your package’s hourly rate which is typically $175/hour.
